Here's How Baracka Can Get a SCOTUS Nominee Confirmed

I have been hoping for some time for a couple of death by old age vacancies to occur on the bench of the Supreme Court of the United States.  But not quite this soon and certainly not Associate Justice Antonin Scalia.  Bless you, rest you and thank you, Judge Scalia.  For nearly three decades, you have been a constant and consistent champion of conservative Constitutionality and an overt opponent of judicial activism.
It would be so much better if it had been uber liberal, ACLU lawyer and Director Ruth Ginsberg, or wishy-washy Anthony Kennedy.  Justice Kennedy is much more admirable and amenable relative to his more liberal than conservative votes over the years, as his liberalism is grounded more in libertarianism than in outright socialism, as is the case with Ginsberg.  Anthony Kennedy official SCOTUS portrait.jpg
Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell and Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley have said that they will do all they can to block another ultra liberal Obama appointee, and rightfully so.

Current Senators and Presidential candidates Ted Cruz and Marco Rubio have pledged to do their part in making sure that we don't get another Sotomayor or Kagan.  With his penchant for putting forth lunatic, left wing lady lawyers, Obama could nominate the likes of Hitlary or my home state's socialistic ex-senator, Kay Hagan.
.
Of course, Kagan and Hagan could get confusing.  But confusion is sort of the standard in DC.
Fortunately, King Barry can't just willy nilly appoint whomever he wishes with the stroke of his royal writing instrument.
Consent of the Senate is necessary, thank goodness.  And the make-up of the Senate is far different than it was during the times of Sotomayor's and Kagan's confirmations, thank goodness, again.    One of the most important and far reaching decisions a President can make is his or her Supreme Court appointees.  One of the most important and far reaching decisions that the Senate can make is their confirmation of competent Judges and Justices.   That is why Mitch McConnell, Chuck Grassley and the rest of the Senate Republicans/Repulsicans/ Rebooblicans stand strong against any more Obama nominees like Sotomayor and Kagan, who were confirmed by a Dummycrap/Demoncat controlled Senate. It is also important that McConnell be very careful about recessing the Senate, so as to not give Obama an opportunity to make a recess appointment.  And it is why We The People elect principled Constitutional conservatives to the Senate and the White House this November.  Here in North Carolina, we have two such Senate candidates to replace incumbent Richard Burr.Image result for Richard Burr    I used to love Sen. Burr and was one of his most stalwart supporters. That was back when he still exhibited some non-politician type of common sense conservatism, as in his support and co-sponsorship of The Fair Tax Act.  Now, he French kisses the hairy, hemmorhoidal hiney holes of Mitch McConnell and other Senate leaders, in hopes of joining that lackey leadership. His current proudest claim is his descending from the disgraced Vice-President, Aaron Burr.  After some more research and investigation, I shall be prompting my fellow North Carolinians to support Dr. Greg Brannon or businessman Larry Holmquist.
Despite several candidates compatibility quizzes that I've taken lately, which all say that I am more closely aligned with other candidates, I still champion Dr. Ben Carson for President, based on his non-politician past and his human decency and dedication to a cause greater than and other than himself.  And I still want a President with some facial hair...unless it's a woman, of course.

If Obama would like to continue his trek of appointing women to the High Court, a stance, in and of itself, with which I have no problem, I have a suggestion for him.  Not only would this woman become the fourth female on the supreme bench, bringing it even closer to the always Dummycrap desired ideology of apportioned diversity, relative to gender, it would also add a second American Negroid to the bench.  Besides his penchant of appointing women, Obama has shown his wish to appoint members of other 'minoruty' demographics, as both of his female appointees fit that formula. Kagan is Jewish, though as one of such heritage and heredity, though not practice, I wouldn't call her a good Jewess.  Sotomayor is Hispanic Mullatoid.
I urge Obama and/or his successor to appoint a jurist who has long shown her dedication to Constitutionality and its rule of law, particularly regarding issues like affirmative action and first amendment rights.  She is well educated in the law, receiving her J.D. from UCLA and her L.L.M. from UVA, so that she is not just another Ivy League pinhead.  She is well experienced and qualified as a past associate justice of the California Supreme Court and a presently presiding, tenured Judge on the U.S. Court of Appeals for D.C.  Over the course of her career, she has been opposed by such organizations as the NAACP, NOW, The Feminist Majority Foundation, People for the American Way, and the National Council of Jewish Women, who probably doesn't have a single Israel supporting Jewess among them.  When opposed by people like those, it's a good indication that this woman should be supported by We The People to be placed on the United States Supreme Court.
Her name is Janice Rogers Brown.

And she's pretty, too, unlike the Three Dog Night bowsers who are there now.
