We can if we, the constitutionalist conservative heart and soul of America vote and if our votes are accurately recorded. I'm speaking of more than just the upcoming quadrennial Presidential election. As or perhaps more important are the biannual Congressional and Senatorial elections. The Constitution does list the legislative branch in Article I, and the executive branch in Article II, after all.
